A Secure, Password-protected Resource for FLAG Clients

Visit our Customer Service Center for all kinds of information and support related to the insurance policies you’ve purchased through FLAG Insurance Services. For example, you can:

  • Review your coverage
  • Make a premium payment
  • Review your invoice or your payment history
  • Print “Evidence of Insurance” for business partners who may require it

Log in using one of two options:

  1. Enter the email address we have on file for you. You’ll find this email address on any correspondence you’ve received from us. Next, enter your password. If you don’t have one, or don’t remember the password you chose, click Forgot My Password, and we’ll email it to you.
  2. Enter your Customer Service ID. You’ll find this number on your policy documents. If you don’t have your policy handy, give us a call, and we’ll be happy to give your ID.

Online Premium Payments

GeoTrustWhen you choose to pay your premium through the Customer Service Center, you’ll be seamlessly transferred to Xpress-Pay, a FLAG business partner. Xpress-Pay is a national payment service that is secured by GeoTrust. There is a 3.0 percent (plus 63¢) fee for credit card payments and a $2.50 fee for payments made by eCheck. You can also choose from other premium payment options.
